We are looking for a capable HR Assistant to join the dynamic team of an American multinational company.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling interviews and phone screenings
  • Communicating with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers
  • Updating data in internal recruitment systems
  • Ensuring feedback is provided to candidates
  • Assisting in the organization of onsite interview days
  • Collaborating with the European HR team on benefits administration and employee services

Požadujeme:

  • Excellent knowledge of English – everyday working language (B2/C1 level)
  • Additionally, proficiency in one of the following languages:
  • Italian
  • German
  • Czech
  • Polish
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, efficiently, and with attention to detail
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, flexibility, and a proactive approach
  • Team spirit and willingness to help
  • Experience in coordination, administration, or customer service is an advantage
