HR Administrator – Administrative Support in an International Company


We are looking for a reliable colleague to join an American multinational company as an HR Administrator, focusing on daily administrative tasks and supporting HR processes. Job Responsibilities Administrative support for personnel agenda and HR processes Managing confidential employee information in accordance with internal policies Supporting the offboarding process Daily office tasks – printing, scanning, document tracking and dispatch, mail management Handling routine employee inquiries and escalating complex cases to supervisors Collaborating with colleagues, managers, and specialists across teams Actively contributing to the improvement of internal processes

Požadujeme:

✅ Requirements Experience in a similar administrative or HR role is an advantage Responsibility, independence, and discretion Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Basic proficiency with common office tools and systems Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines Good communication skills (spoken and written – email, chat, etc.) English language proficiency at C1 level
