Location: Prague Contract Type: Fixed-term – 12 months Company: American multinational corporation Languages Required: English (daily working language), Italian (advantageous) Job Responsibilities Scheduling interviews and phone screenings Communicating with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers Updating data in internal recruitment systems Providing feedback to candidates Assisting with the organization of onsite interview days Collaborating with the European HR team on benefits and employee services

Excellent command of English (daily working language) Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently, efficiently, and with attention to detail Ability to multitask, flexibility, and a proactive approach Team spirit and willingness to help Experience in coordination, administration, or customer service is an advantage
