The Role: Senior Product Owner (Maternity Cover)
We’re looking for a Senior Product Owner to take the lead on our Salesforce platform – a cornerstone of our global business operations. You’ll own the product strategy and execution, partner with cross-functional teams, and drive the delivery of impactful features within an Agile/Scrum environment. This is a contract/freelance position (IČO) covering maternity leave - possibility to cooperate in long-term basis.

What You'll Do:

• Define and deliver the Salesforce product roadmap (Service Cloud focus)
• Translate business needs into clear backlog items
• Prioritize features based on business goals and data
• Lead and collaborate with engineering teams to roll out new functionalities
• Review and validate deliverables against acceptance criteria
• Align with global stakeholders – flexibility for US time zones required - you can manage your working hours by yourself

  Požadujeme:

  Your skills:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager
  • Strong command of Salesforce Service Cloud (or any familier CRM)
  • Tech-savvy with a background in IT or Computer Science
  • Hands-on experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum)
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Certifications such as SFDC Service Cloud Consultant, Certified Administrator, or SPOC are a big plus
  • Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities
    • Active business license (IČO)
