We are looking for a Senior/Lead Developer to join our distributed development team. The customer is a large Nordic bank that is part of one of Europe’s biggest financial groups, offering a wide range of financial services.

In this role, you will be part of a multi-national Scrum team that develops checkout solutions for auto manufacturers, with support for multiple countries. You will work closely with your team, the product owner, business stakeholders and other dependent teams.

The service is a client-facing, mobile-first, and accessible web-based solution designed to streamline the loan application process of automotive products. It offers a simple and user-friendly experience for customers, allowing them to apply for financing with just a few easy steps. The solution is built to work seamlessly across multiple countries (Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland), supporting internationalization and catering to diverse customer needs.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Gain proficient product knowledge,
• take the lead on managing the prioritized work for the team,
• close collaboration with the product owner,
• help investigate and delegate incoming issues,
• support deployment and CI/CD,
• participate in existing operations and maintain the services,
• and maintain contact with relevant stakeholders.
  
  Professional requirements:
  
  • 5+ years of experience with C#, preferably with .NET Core and ASP.NET Core
  • .NET 5.x-8.x experience,
  • experience with any of RDBMS - MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.,
  • experience with DevOps Processes and CI/CD,
  • familiarity with SOLID principles, clean architecture,
  • Web Service (REST, SOAP) / Web Application development experience,
  • version control experience (GIT, etc.),
  • Interest in or experience with security best practices,
  • proactive and quality-focused person,
  • a good communicator,
  • English: intermediate high, both verbal and written.
  
  It would be nice if you have:
  
  • 2+ years of experience with React or Angular,
  • experience leading a development team,
  • experience in banking IT sector,
  • experience with: WCF service development, WebApi and ServiceFabric service development, IIS configuration,
  • experience with microservices,
  • queue messaging: AzureServiceBus, NServiceBus,
  • experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, AWS, YAML, Octopus deployments,
  • experience with Mend.io, SonarQube, unit/integration tests support, technical documentation routines.
