Key Responsibilities:

• Create intercompany recharge invoices (stock and non-stock related)
• Identify process inefficiencies and suggest improvements to the Team Leader
• Provide advice based on knowledge and experience; facilitate communication within the organization
• Ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner with high service quality
• Support General Ledger department during month-end closing through completed reconciliations
• Perform periodic controls of sub-ledger and general ledger systems
• Maintain intercompany balances and provide detailed explanations for discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and company policies
• Support internal and external audits

Start: immediately Location: Praha - Karlín Salary: 70 000 - 80 000 CZK

Požadujeme:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance within a multinational organization
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles and reconciliation practices
• Familiarity with intercompany administrative processes
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); SAP knowledge is a plus
• High level of English (written and spoken)
• Proactive, innovative, and results-oriented
• Strong analytical and customer-oriented mindset; able to work under pressure
• Excellent communication skills
