Job description:

• Assist with coordinating project activities and ensuring everything stays on track
• Communicate with various teams and stakeholders – maintain a smooth flow of information
• Support the Project Manager with administrative tasks
• Prepare quotations and supporting documents for projects
• Process data and prepare regular reports (e.g. in Excel, Power BI)
• Work with systems such as Salesforce, Power BI, and Excel
• Analyze financial data and contribute to budget input preparation

Start: Immediately Salary: 34 000Kč/month Long-term cooperation, flexible working hours Location: Prague 4 (right next to the Chodov metro station)

Požadujeme:

• University student in Economics/IT ideally
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (working with large spreadsheets, VLOOKUP, formulas, and weekly reporting)
• Advanced English (daily communication with foreigners - oral, telephonic, written)
• Basic understanding of IT
• Knowledge of Power BI or Salesforce is an advantage, but not required
