responsibilities:

  • Support The Execution of Projects in Risk - Ranging from small and agile the Large Scale: planning, execution, communication, project related reports, analyzes, Resource Planning.

  • Support the day-to-day activities in Risk - one of DBAGs Products with approx.100 people in Prague / Frankfurt) facilities, tools, maintenance access rights, roll-ons and offs, working time management and miscellaneous troubleshooting. Manage product budget Including cash flow forecast, budget transfers, contract maintenance, and license management.

  • Service Implementation / release management coordination - organize and track software readiness, as well as simulation software production launch: run simulation status meetings, track issues, prepare release periods, organize data set up for production etc.

  • Close interaction and collaboration with other Departments ie Purchasing, Controlling, HR, Facility Management etc.

Skills / Qualifications:

  • Open-minded, proactive, Highly Organized personality with attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently on more tasks simultaneously, prioritize to meet deadlines

  • Critical thinking Including ability to Identify problems and propose solutions Effective

  • Accuracy and ability to Maintain up to date knowledge and Assume responsibility

  • High level of verbal and Written communications skills, tact & diplomacy

  • Fluency in English (spoken and Written), knowledge of German is an advantage

  • Advanced skills in MS Office with focus on Outlook, Excel, Word and Power Point.

    Basic knowledge of Microsoft Project and database systems (eg SAP) is an advantage.
