Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing customer master data in SAP
• Creating and maintaining customer accounts, including contacts, pricing, discounts and rebates
• Working with CRM systems
• Ensuring data quality, accuracy and compliance
• Identifying and resolving data quality issues, including data cleansing activities
• Supporting mass data updates (e.g. product or service launches)
• Proposing process improvements and optimizations
• Cooperating closely with Customer Service teams and key stakeholders
• Participating in testing of new tools and reporting solutions
• Handling large volumes of customer-related data, including initial data clean-up and setting up clear guidelines

Start: immediately Salary: 65 000 - 70 000 CZK/month Location: Prague 8

Požadujeme:

• At least 1–2 years of experience in Master Data (ERP, ideally SAP – customer or vendor data)
• Advanced knowledge of SAP and Excel
• Very good command of English (both written and spoken)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Customer-oriented mindset
• Interest in automation is a plus
• Knowledge of Tableau is an advantage
