What you can look forward to:

Designing and implementing virtualization infrastructure (VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V, Morfeus). Installing, configuring, and maintaining server hardware (Dell, HPE). Working with storage arrays, backup, monitoring tools, and high availability solutions. Providing consulting and presales support for strategic projects. Responding to customer support requests in accordance with SLA agreements. Creating documentation and delivering technical support throughout implementation and operations. Collaborating with experienced colleagues and contributing to innovative, forward-thinking solutions.

Key Requirements:

Customer-oriented communication skills. Ability to work independently and take responsibility for project delivery. Completed secondary or university education in IT – or equivalent practical experience. In-depth experience with VMware vSphere or Citrix In-depth knowledge of MS Windows Server and MS Active Directory. Advanced expertise in migrations, clustering, and related infrastructure. Experience with Dell and HPE hardware, including storage systems. Experience with IT infrastructure automation and backup solutions Capability to ensure high availability across applications, file systems, and databases. Capability to troubleshoot infrastructure issues. Valid certifications in relevant technologies (at least some). Broad understanding of IT infrastructure (backup, networking, etc.). Familiarity with support processes and organizational structures. Confidence in presenting and defending proposed solutions to clients. Category B driving license Communicative level of English.
