We are looking for a capable HR Assistant to join the dynamic team of an American multinational company.
Job Responsibilities:
- Scheduling interviews and phone screenings
- Communicating with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers
- Updating data in internal recruitment systems
- Ensuring feedback is provided to candidates
- Assisting in the organization of onsite interview days
- Collaborating with the European HR team on benefits administration and employee services
Požadujeme:
- Excellent knowledge of English – everyday working language (B2/C1 level)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently, efficiently, and with attention to detail
- Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, flexibility, and a proactive approach
- Team spirit and willingness to help
- Experience in coordination, administration, or customer service is an advantage
