Business Development Manager – Fire Safety Solutions & Water Mist (CEE Region) Work location: CZ. We’re expanding our global sales team and looking for a motivated, forward-thinking professional to help grow our high-pressure water mist brand. In this strategic role, you’ll create demand for cutting-edge fire protection technology, support a strong network of partners, and deliver expert guidance across the industry. What You'll Be Doing

• Build and manage a healthy project pipeline in collaboration with our partners
• Use our CRM system to manage leads and coordinate with our central expert team on quotes
• Report regularly on revenue and order intake in your region
• Represent the brand at industry events, exhibitions, and seminars to raise awareness and spark interest
• Work with consultants, architects, and fire engineers early in the design process to help influence technology choices
• Stay up to date on local and international water mist standards
• Travel primarily within the CEE region, with occasional international trips

Požadujeme:

• Proven sales experience in the fire protection industry, ideally with water mist systems
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and accurate under deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Team player with a global outlook and growth mindset
