We are looking for a payroll professional who wants to be customer obsessed and take the payroll experience to another level to help build our rapidly growing company.
Key job responsibilities:
- Responsibility for the full payroll processing cycle for a specific country or company.
- Control and reconciliation of payroll data.
- Support in payroll accounting.
- Handling complex payroll-related queries and escalations.
- Managing cooperation with external vendors.
- Main point of contact for stakeholders (Benefits, Compensation, HR Services, Local HR, Recruitment, Accounting and others).
- Participation in projects such as process improvements (Six Sigma), country expansions, or the implementation of new payroll systems.
Požadujeme:
Requirements:- Experience with payroll processes and systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel - macros, MS Access)
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Ability to perform root cause analysis and solve complex payroll issues.
- Experience in leading projects.
- Deep knowledge of personal income tax legislation, labor law, insurance, sickness processing, and Spanish payroll calculation processes is a strong advantage!
