We are looking for a payroll professional who wants to be customer obsessed and take the payroll experience to another level to help build our rapidly growing company.

Key job responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for the full payroll processing cycle for a specific country or company.
  • Control and reconciliation of payroll data.
  • Support in payroll accounting.
  • Handling complex payroll-related queries and escalations.
  • Managing cooperation with external vendors.
  • Main point of contact for stakeholders (Benefits, Compensation, HR Services, Local HR, Recruitment, Accounting and others).
  • Participation in projects such as process improvements (Six Sigma), country expansions, or the implementation of new payroll systems.

Požadujeme:

Requirements:
  • Experience with payroll processes and systems.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel - macros, MS Access)
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Ability to perform root cause analysis and solve complex payroll issues.
  • Experience in leading projects.
  • Deep knowledge of personal income tax legislation, labor law, insurance, sickness processing, and Spanish payroll calculation processes is a strong advantage!
