This is a nice opportunity to learn new things and expand the area of your expertise.Main responsibilities:
Support and Optimization of Digital Collaboration Platforms, oversee the daily operation and lifecycle of modern workplace technologies, including but not limited to enterprise productivity suites, communication systems, and file-sharing environments Incident Response and Root Cause Analysis, rapidly respond to service disruptions, investigate root causes, and implement long-term corrective measures to enhance system resilience and prevent future occurrences User Access and License Management, administer license provisioning and deprovisioning processes in accordance with internal governance and approval workflows, ensuring proper entitlement control System Performance and Usage Monitoring, regularly evaluate system health and utilization metrics; generate insights from platform analytics, audit trails, storage capacity trends, and usage patterns to support proactive platform management ️ Cloud Environment Oversight, manage cloud-based communication tools, conferencing solutions, and shared file repositories, ensuring high availability, compliance, and usability across teams Technology Deployment Support, contribute to the implementation and validation of both cloud-native and on-premise solutions, supporting hybrid environment stability and consistency ️ Platform Administration, serve as an active contributor within the enterprise tenant governance group, participating in strategic decisions regarding configurations, permissions, and policies Project Leadership and Coordination, lead and coordinate the successful execution of digital workspace-related initiatives from intake and planning through implementation and closure, ensuring timelines, budgets, and business outcomes are met Upgrade & Maintenance Management, support the scheduling and coordination of regular system upgrades, patches, and service changes while minimizing operational disruption and ensuring business continuityPožadujeme:
Full eligibility to work in the Czech Republic, including valid work authorization where applicable- Fluent English, both written and spoken, is essential, you’ll be collaborating across international teams and communicating with senior stakeholders
