- Handling business cases from order acceptance to invoicing
- Communicating with customers
- Arranging the transport of goods
- Communicating with the export department abroad
Požadujeme:
- Communicative English (not afraid to pick up the phone and communicate with clients and colleagues from abroad)
- Knowledge of MS Office - especially Excel (pivot tables)
- Experience in back office/customer service
- Analytical thinking, customer-oriented approach
