We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage vendor contracts and purchase orders, ensuring smooth delivery of goods and services and compliance with internal controls. This role involves contract analysis, risk identification, and monitoring key deadlines to support effective contract management.

• Manage and administer service requests and service entries in SAP for Production Operations contracts
• Coordinate daily with contractor representatives to resolve purchase order and invoicing issues
• Monitor contract status and prepare regular reports for management
• Ensure accurate records management and compliance with procurement policies and controls
• Support Accounts Payable with invoice processing and related queries
• Track contractor performance and ensure evaluations are properly documented
• Identify opportunities to improve contract performance and efficiency
• Collaborate with Procurement on contract renewals, awards, and follow-up actions

Požadujeme:

• Solid English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Experience with SAP (or similar systems) and strong Excel/analytical skills
• Understanding of contract management, procurement processes, and compliance requirements
• Experience in contractor coordination within complex or large organizations
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills (including multicultural environments)
• Knowledge of budgeting, reporting, and contract performance tracking
• Good organizational, planning, and administrative skills with attention to detail
