CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR

You will be responsible for:
- administration and coordination of contract-related activities in line with internal processes
- support in contract documentation and basic work in SAP
- communication with internal teams and external contractors regarding orders and invoicing
- maintaining documentation and ensuring proper records management
- preparation of simple reports and work with MS Excel
- ad hoc administrative support
Požadujeme:
Our requirements are:- fluent English in both written and spoken form, min. B2+
- experience from a corporation or complex organizational setting
- detail and customer orientation
- very good communication skills and precision
- advanced knowledge of MS office, practice in using SAP is a great advantage
- ability to learn new things and willingness to work in international team
