For the Purchasing Centre under the Procurement Organization we are looking for candidate who will join our existing team with excellent Hungarian language skills to support our purchasing activities.

YOUR TASKS WILL BE:

• Organize and execute the purchase to pay process ensuring compliance with global, regional and local procedures & policies.
• Processing purchase requests.
• Advise internal customer through defining specifications for required low value goods/services in close cooperation with sourcing community.
• Actively drive the use of procurement catalogs.
• Actively drive the use of procurement catalogs.
• Daily support and process the requests/orders in the ordering system (e-tool).
• Communication with business requestors, ensuring request is properly specified and documented.
• Matching purchase requests with existing contracts and preferred vendors.
• Ask for competitive bids (according the purchase policy) for requested goods/services and evaluate them.
• Negotiate small value contracts if applicable.
• Build and maintain good relationship with suppliers and internal Business Partners and solve day - to - day problems.
• Generate required reporting, analyze suppliers and spend.

WE REQUIRE:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Procurement or Project management.
• High school / University degree.
• Excellent verbal and written English and Hungarian language skills. Slovakian is a plus.
• Fully computer literate, with a solid knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
• Enjoy communication and interaction with people.
• Enjoy working with data and detail orientation.
