Business Development Specialist OTC

For a growing international pharmaceutical company based in Prague, we are looking for a Business Development Specialist to strengthen the export team focused on OTC products. This role is ideal for a commercially minded professional with strong international experience, who enjoys building partnerships, opening new markets, and representing products globally. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new international markets and business opportunities
- Analyze market potential, competition, and regulatory environment
- Search for, approach, and negotiate with distributors and business partners
- Manage and grow relationships with existing international partners
- Prepare pricing models, business cases, and commercial offers
- Cooperate with internal teams (marketing, regulatory, logistics, IT)
- Represent the company at international conferences and trade fairs (approx. 2–4× per year, usually week-long trips)
- Monitor market trends and provide strategic input to management
- Work efficiently with CRM and analytical tools (incl. AI-driven tools where applicable)
Požadujeme:
Requirements:- Experience in sales . business development, export, or sales
- Background in pharma / OTC is an advantage, but not a requirement
- Excellent command of English (daily use, negotiations), czech language for is an advantage (cooperation with colleagues)
- Strong commercial thinking, analytical skills, and independence
- Ability to build long-term international partnerships
- Willingness to travel globally
