Process Support Analyst Professional - morning or afternoon shift

                                        PROCESS SUPPORT ANALYST PROFESSIONAL

YOUR TASKS:

• Responsible for providing best in class customer support to a portfolio of assigned customers within defined business unit and region and in line with appropriate service level of offering.
• Maintain strong business relationship with assigned customers by utilizing soft skills to ensure customer experience is positive.
• Key interactions with Sales representatives, Customer Service, Collection Professionals and other parties
• Behave and act in line with the Strategic Priorities set by the Chemical Organization.
• Understand business process and ensure compliance during daily operations
• Carry out all the above responsibilities with a high degree of autonomy, full ownership and focus on details.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Fluency in written and spoken English
• High school, University degree of advantage
• MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Analytical and Problem Solving skills
• Organizational and prioritization skills
• Time management skills
• Strong knowledge and adherence to process and controls
• Very good written and verbal communication skills

• Afternoon shift -> able  to work the hours between 13:30 and 22:00
