For our client, Czech investment company, we are looking for a suitable candidate for the position “ Junior Asset Manager”. This company prepares industrial parks in cooperation with significant multinational developers.

What would be Your job?

    • assist the Head of Asset Management and manage
    • coordinate and monitor the daily activities of the operations
    • take care about 3 - 4 projects in different locations in Czech republic
    • coordination of communication between the company, developer, financing institutions, law firms and other authorities
    • inspections of the projects

Project Management

    • assist the department head and coordinate work activities between the various phases of the project and representatives of parties involved in the project management, such as financing institutions, developer and other institutions, as well as with inter-company departments
    • coordinate all operational activities to ensure conformity with regulatory requirements, internal policies, procedures and protocols
    • project documentation and provide summary
    • attend regular meetings with the developer
    • provide regular update on the ongoing matters
    • inspections of the projects and provide with update on the status
    • meeting tenants on regular basis to ensure prosperous relationship is maintained
    • preparation of reports
    • assist in setting departmental objectives, policies, procedures, budgets, inventories and effective cost controls
    • recommends improvements wherever applicable
    • performs other ad-hoc duties as required
    • completes assigned tasks within given deadlines

Why You? Because You have...

    • diploma, preferably in Real Estate, Business Administration, and other related fields or equivalent combination of education and experience
    • 1 - 5 years of experience in Real Estate, preferably from the asset/property management, finance or development area
    • proven ability to work effectively
    • English – advanced or preferably proficient
    • financial skills
    • knowledge about construction/development
    • strong organizational skills
    • strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
    • high level of self- motivation
