IT administrátor

We are seeking exceptional people, with a client and business focus, to work in Information Services. We are hiring capability, not track record, so we seek ability over experience. You will be the IT with the core of your work based at our recently expanded production plant in Cheb. In addition to the plant you will also have your hands on heavily invested systems located in the UK, France and Germany. You will have the freedom to bring your ideas and you will be given the responsibility to act on them, we want you to achieve continual improvement and we will support you all the way. Here is an opportunity to really manage IT from crimping pliers, through to root and administrator accounts, VLAN's and firewall configurations, to challenging suppliers, negotiating tenders and supplier management. You will become an integral part of our IT team. Our goal is simple - happy client. • Ensure the highest standard of availability of our EMEA IT infrastructure.
• Provide end-user support at our production plant in Cheb.
• Occasionally travel to our European locations.

You

• You need to be fluent in Czech and comfortable with verbal and written English.
• You need to have an analytical troubleshooting approach.
• You should have the ability and capacity to learn new things quickly.
• You should possess good planning, organisational and communication skills.
• You must be client focused.

Technical

• You will need a good knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Active Directory.
• You should be familiar with Microsoft Exchange, VMware vSphere and Cisco networking.
• What you don’t know, we can train, however your experience with Linux, Dell/EMC backup and storage systems, Cisco VOIP, wireless networking, Oracle and MS SQL database administration would be greatly appreciated.
