  • overall responsibility of inbound department (incl. its equipment, organization, cleaning, health&safety...)
  • maintaining inbound standards (incl. SOP) and processes
  • maintaining quality and integrity of master data
  • set and fulfil daily/weekly/long-term inbound plans
  • communication to external parties (suppliers, customer care dept., customers, carriers…)
KPI’s: inbound quality (no. of errors, etc.), labor productivity Technical, organizational and personnel management of a team (inbound operators, team leaders) Planning, implementation and monitoring of operational targets and their fulfillment Responsibility for employees’ training and development Responsibility for team performance (incl. individual KPI’s of team members) and solving disciplinary issues Responsibility for overall performance of the site Leading and participation in various projects Cooperation on company continuous improvement process MĚSTO: Plzeň
