POŽADAVKY
Precise, well-organized personality; attention to detail is necessary

Strategic and structured thinking, ability to effectively set priorities
Able to communicate clearly both orally and in writing, assertive
Strong managerial skills and experience – leading at least 20 people for several years
Highly developed organizational skills
Able to train, supervise, and motivate subordinates
Able to take appropriate corrective action in a constructive manner involving subordinates and superiors
Able to build a team attitude by managing employees in a way that fosters teamwork instead of individual gain
Preferably university degree or secondary school-leaving exam
English language (B2 or higher), German is an advantage

PRACOVNÍ NÁPLŇ
inbound process, including:
- timely receiving and put away of goods and components
- overall responsibility of inbound department (incl. its equipment, organization, cleaning, health&safety...)
- maintaining inbound standards (incl. SOP) and processes
- maintaining quality and integrity of master data
- set and fulfil daily/weekly/long-term inbound plans
- communication to external parties (suppliers, customer care dept., customers, carriers…)
