THE ROLE:

As the Contracting Services Coordinator, you will have everything but a routine job. You will be responsible for delivering best-in-class services to identify, competitively source, monitor, and oversee agency management of contracted workers provided via agencies engaged with ExxonMobil and its affiliates. You will be interacting daily with the recruitment agencies and other departments via phone and e-mail, therefore, enjoying communication and having a passion for excellence in service and teamwork will ensure your success. The role also includes involvement in projects and migrations.

SOME OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:

    • Supporting the engagement process for contractors for internal clients across Europe
    • Coordinating activities with staffing agencies, internal clients and other relevant departments, to ensure that process and contract requirements are being fulfilled
    • Providing service to internal clients by professionally and efficiently fulfilling requests for new contractors, extensions or other changes in line with the established processes and controls
    • Monitoring contractor activity and help regional office with developing metrics
    • Supporting delivery of the established program by communication, providing training to internal clients
    • Supporting agency performance management
    • Supporting scorecards reporting
    • Supporting regulatory and program compliance and ongoing changes
    • Collecting, analyzing contractor data from internal clients

SKILLS & ABILITIES: 

    • At least 3 years of working experience in Recruitment, HR, Payroll, Contracts, Procurement
    • Excellent written and oral level of English
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel
    • Responsive to management requests (e.g. timely, accurate coordination, communication and collecting information)
    • Proactive, strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
    • Organizational skills and ability to juggle and prioritize several tasks at the same time
    • Can-do attitude: you are prepared to roll up your sleeves and get things done
