Our Customer Success department is growing and seeking for talented Technical Support specialists (Italian OR French OR Spanish + English language), who will provide our customers with relevant information regarding SEMrush services, consult and educate users and help with issues resolution.

Responsibilities include:
Support users by e-mail, phone, social network and other sources;
Educate our customers from basics to the full functionality to benefit from company’s services;
Conduct demos and webinars;
Provide internal departments and management with customers’ feedback.

What we expect from you:
French language (Advanced level or higher);
English language (Advanced level or higher);
Desire to move up and grow with the company;
Analytical skills and strong desire to evolve in IT;
The ability to work well with others;
Good problem solving skills;
Energy, enthusiasm and motivation;
Intelligence and the ability to learn quickly.

Bonus points:
Understanding the SEO basics or readiness to learn more about it;
Any support related experience;
