We are international outsourcing company providing Payroll/HR, Accounting, Tax and Audit services for wide spectrum of clients. Currently we are looking for a suitable candidate for our Czech (in the future for also for SK) branch on internal HR position. We are interested in highly motivated candidates with potential to grow, with strong interest in HR willing to work in the friendly team.

 

What will you do:

- Recruitment for all type of roles within accounting, payroll, audit and tax advisory - find the right people for the right place

- Cooperate with Team Leaders / Managers on the appraisal process

- Support and coordinate internal HR process - performance appraisals, training and development

- Manage the trainings and development

- Manage the employee benefits and teambuilding activities

- HR administration (contracts preparation, amendments, etc.)

- Ensure the Health and Safety agenda

- Reporting to Country Manager in CZ solid line and HR Director in PL dotted line

- You will be somehow responsible for HR admin but it will depend on your experience and knowledge of Czech labour law

- Managing relations with various service providers (job boards, recruitment agencies, training companies, etc.)

 

 

What should you have:
- At least 1+ year of experience in active recruitment

- Nice to have experience in internal soft HR processes like performance appraisals

- Experience in HR administration and payroll would be an advantage
- Advanced English is a must (B2 level)
- Analytical skills

- Strong interpersonal skills (teamwork, communication, professional approach)

- Self-reliant personality with proactive approach
