We work with a Fortune 300 corporation, world leader in business consulting in the fields of Finance, Telecommunications and Informatics, holding operation centers in more than 50 countries worldwide across a wide range of business disciplines. The support operations center in Prague employs well over 700 team members across various business segments, support services and internal operations. 

THE ROLE

Finance Professionals back-office team. Responsible for the reporting, data gathering, data maintenance, testing-analysis and results presentation to the relevant clients; these professionals are predominantly focused on SLAs, OLAs, KPIs, and statistical data analysis, reasoning and delivery in order to improve processing, decision making, and operational excellence.

Within your role, some of your key responsibilities will be:

    • Developing and maintaining CSS Europe reporting structures.
    • Defining and maintaining SLAs, OLAs, KPIs, and stats definition documents, as well as working instructions for all processes.
    • Understanding the processes, services, policies and internal controls related to analyzed data.
    • Preparing sub/regional monthly reporting packs, including trending analysis.
    • Data mining, sampling, testing and analysis.
    • Preparing HR & finance analyses and packs for supported countries.
    • Interacting with department leads to determine reasons for trends and one-off movements.
    • Maintaining data gathering questionnaires and expanding usage into all functional areas as applicable.
    • Planning and managing SLA reporting transitions.
  • Ad-hoc reporting. 

THE IDEAL PROFILE

    • A University Degree in Finance or related areas is desired
    • Strong Excel experience (pivot tables, macros, foundation of VBA)
    • Previous experience in similar position in international Shared Service Center
    • Understanding and practical knowledge of processes in Finance
    • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Strong processes orientation, knowledge of process design tools
    • Pro-active and strong analytical skills.
    • The ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work under pressure
    • Strong business acumen and client orientated mentality
    • Strong motivation to make a difference
