On behalf of our client, one of the most world's leading technical service organizations, we are looking for a positive, motivated, people-oriented and charismatic candidate to fill the positon:
Industry Service Division Manager
Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Setting the division's strategic orientation, identifying necessary strategic transformation processes and ensuring their sustainable implementation
- Representing the company/division internally and externally, being a role model for managers and employees in personal and technical terms through one's own actions
- Ensuring the planning of all relevant processes, product portfolio and key economical/financial figures (P&L and budgeting) within the divisions in accordance with commercial requirements as well as the identification of deviations and initiation of suitable measures
- Defining and implementing a long-term as well as short-term business strategy including strategic investment, covering the whole IS service portfolio
- Defining and implementing marketing and sales strategy for relevant service portfolio
- Managing and supporting direct reports (including coaching, mentoring and feedback based development)
- Leading direct reports by objectives
- Conducting regular performance reviews
- Ensuring fair remuneration of employees
- Planning further hard and soft skills development of direct reports
- Proposing and implementing changes in the cluster divisions
- Ensuring proper communication flow inside and outside of the divisions
- Leading internal projects
- Balancing and representing interests and handling internal policies between divisions, regions, functions and employees
- Profound knowledge of industry and orientation in market complexities
- Minimum 15 years of professional and technical experience in the same or comparable field of industry (energy, machinery, civil engineering) - MUST
- Strategic thinking and planning experience
- Advanced economical and financial experience (incl. controlling)
- Driving license, active driver
- Minimum 5 years of experience in successful managing and leading of complex teams (at least 40 subordinates) - MUST
- Loyal personality being in the last company previously for at least 5 years - MUST
- Advanced communication skills
- Ability to coach employees
- Ability to motivate employees
- Ability to negotiate and solve conflicts
- Ability to manage changes
- Advanced presentation skills and public speaking
- Cultural and emotional intelligence
- University degree (technical)
- English - fluent in written and spoken language (min. C1) - MUST
- Czech - fluent in written and spoken language (min. C1) - MUST
- German - nice to have
