Our client is an emerging, research-based global pharmaceutical company with a diverse combination of skills, resources, and capabilities that provide a platform from which to perform effectively in today's rapidly changing healthcare environment.

What are the requirements?

    • Outstanding communication skills.
    • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
    • Great attention to detail and a results driven approach.
    • Excellent written and spoken English and Czech.

What will be your responsibilities?

    • To identify new Client, brief them about our company and products.
    • To send the email to clients about company profile and products list.
    • Use the existing client data base for calling and update.
    • Quotation follow up with client to get PO.
    • Engage in communication with our global team.
    • To communicate with India team and US team on daily basis ( Verbal on phone and by email).
    • Good verbal communication skill and writing skill (English, local Czech, other European Languages).
    • To make invoice/dispatch of goods and received of goods/ Courier.
    • To visit our client in Europe/US and India (once in while).
    • Daily reporting to Project manager-India office.
    • To update stock of products and prices.
    • To make invoice and shipping documents.
    • To send the purchase order and execute it.

Suitable candidates:

    • University degree in a relevant field
    • Fluency in czech and English.
    • At least 1 to 2 years’ experience
    • Excellent organizational and communicational skills
    • Ability to effectively manage time and handle multiple assignments
    • Conceptual thinking and reliability
    • Proven ability to work both independently and as an effective team member

Reporting to: Director of Company

immediate arrival or agreement.

Place of work Praha 10 - Hostivař.
