Manažer kvality (SDE) – OBJ937

Požadavky:

• degree in engineering or professional training + additional subject-specific training (technician) + additional qualification (training in quality management)
• good knowledge of production techniques and processes focus in sub-assemblies, stand-alone systems and peripheral machines
• experience in applying Q-methods (APQP, FMEA, MSA, PPAP, SPC, 8D, 5WHY…)
• work experience with suppliers audits (VDA 6.3 training advantage)
• good orientation in Specification/Standards and customer requirements as well as component and tolerances requirement
• work experience in Quality and Manufacturing Engineering
• social competence, diplomacy and presentation skills
• high English skill level
• MS – Office and SAP-QM
• willingness to travel abroad

Pracovní náplň:

• responsible for release, evaluation and development of suppliers
• support of purchasing in the implementation of Supplier strategies and sourcing decision
• carrying out systems – and process audits at suppliers
• support of suppliers in improving of business and production processes as well as the definition and tracking of actions plans
• reviewing the effectiveness of corrective actions
• monitoring and Reporting of Supplier Quality Performance within its commodity
• involvement and implementation of the escalation process
• implementation of immediate action in urgent cases
• support the definition and implementation of supplier guidelines, quality standards and processes
• Authorization:
• release and block Suppliers
• propose an escalation level for the supplier
