Customer Support with English

Our client is looking for communicative and customer oriented English speakers without any other significant experience.
You will be providing service to the millions of customers using our client’s services – a premiere bundle of advanced TV services, high speed internet, and digital home phone.
Main responsibilities:
- Answer customer calls
- Identify customer needs to achieve their satisfaction
- Deal with incoming phone queries in a timely manner
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints by providing appropriate solutions
- Document customer concerns and interactions
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Požadujeme:
- Advanced spoken English B2 level and higher is a must
- Technical experience is nice, but not necessary
- Be flexible as our client operates in shifts
- Ability to work in a high pace work environment
- Be patient, empathetic and passionately communicative

- Salary from 30.000 to 40.000 CZK/month, based on experience and language skills
