Customer Service Specialist - providing support to the European Business Unit

Customer Service Specialist - providing support to the European Business Unit in Prague People Consulting is looking for an experienced Customer Service professional who will take over the following responsibilities

• Order Entry and Custom claim process
• Maintaining high customer service levels
• Participate in process improvement initiatives
• Liase with multiple stakeholders to ensure issues are identified, tracked and resolved in a timely manner
• Monitor and report KPIs

If you bring the following experience

• Ability to develop relationship with diverse groups, are able to influence them
• Experience provide excellent excellent customer service
• To research issues and to offer solutions to complex problems
• Having least 2 years customer service experience
• A Bachelor`s or Master degree in business or finance
• Having operational business knowledge
• Project Management skills, Excel, SAP
