Customer Relations Specialist with German is responsible for developing and managing of D2C platforms through consumer’s interaction through different channels (phone, emails, social media, web to case)
This includes, but is not limited to, the resolution of consumers complaints, inquiries to drive digital sales, analysis of consumer feedback, trends and share those with stakeholders from different departments.
The ultimate goal of this position is to work cross functionally with other team members to enhance the balance between consumer, customer and company objectives.
- Maintain customers questions and doubts on D2C platforms
- Develop and execute comprehensive, multi-channel client engagement research and share results with relevant stakeholders
- Manage product and technology issue cases
- Create and/or coordinate creation of content for data visibility to other departments with weekly reports
- Bachelor’s degree in economics or related field preferred
- Fluent English and German
- Previous experience with Salesforce or Social Studio is an advantage
- Multicultural experience is a big plus
