    WHAT YOU WILL DO

    Clearing Supervision operates and controls the electronic clearing systems of FWB, Eurex (Eurex, Eurex-Bonds, Eurex-Repo) and the affiliated securities lending trading platforms. Considering the market-relevant framework, Clearing Supervision additionally takes on the problem and escalation management. As Clearing Operations Officer you will support the proper execution of the daily clearing house business along with markets/exchanges Xetra, Eurex, Eurex Bonds, Eurex Repo and ISE. Above you are the first level support for members of Eurex Clearing, providing functional support via telephone and email.

    Within your role, some of your key responsibilities will be:

      • Support compliant and efficient clearing house operations of Eurex Clearing AG
      • Execution of standardized clearing processes
      • Validation and approval of customer instruction as part of the cash- and collateral management
      • Reconciliation of cash and collateral accounts
      • Transaction processing within the default management process
      • First level support and helpdesk for clearing members
      • Supervision of the Eurex Clearing simulation environments

    THIS JOB IS RIGHT FOR YOU IF YOU HAVE

      • University degree preferably with orientation in Finance, Economics, Business Administration 
      • Previous work experience and knowledge of finance would be a great advantage
      • Advanced to fluent level of English is required (speaking, reading and writing)
      • Understanding of the functionality of financial markets
      • Positive attitude and strong team player in a multicultural environment
      • Customer focused, pro-active and highly organized
      • Good communication and analytical skills
      • Reliable and detail oriented
      • Willingness to work in shifts and on public holidays
      • Ready to learn more

    Additionally, you need to be a strong customer focused team player with good communication skills, highly motivated, flexible and good at handling MS Office applications.
