As part of the unit 'Service Implementation, Infrastructure and Business Operations' you are ordinating all activities and Pursuing Regarding day-to-day business. This includes tasks such as SLA / KPI customer reporting, coordination of customer inquiries and activities Regarding changes to customer environments as well as improvements of operational processes. Another major responsibility is the planning and realization of Adjustments to the operational setup Arising from Individual development projects Within the Product Organization.

 

Tasks / Responsibilities:

    • Management of third level support requests from Customers
    • Monitoring and management of end-user application usage
    • Generation of SLA / KPI reporting customer
    • Further improvement and automation of operational processes in close cooperation with delivering teams
    • Collection of information on current usage and Possible improvements and feedback of ProVision's application owner
    • Coordination of maintenance windows as well as deployments to customer environments
    • Engagement in development projects ENSURE That operational requirements are met

 

Qualifications / Skills:

    • University degree majoring in Business Administration, Computer Sciences or qualification Similar
    • At Least 2 years of experience Relevant
    • Strong IT background and very good understanding of technical Infrastructures
    • A quick grasp on new subject matter and an eager willingness to learn
    • Good command of scripting languages and experiences in and DevOps environment would be appreciated
    • Experience in successful customer communication
    • Experience with Java, Web, AMQP, PostgreSQL is an asset
    • Structured working method, extraordinary analytical and problem-solving capabilities
    • General knowledge of trading systems (especiall Energy in the context) Would Be and plus
    • Proficiency in spoken and Written English; French / German language skills will be an asset
