Business Development Manager!

Business Development Manager We are currently looking for an experienced Business Development Manager candidate to become a part of a Sales Team. If you have an experience in long term sales projects, you are fluent in Czech & English and you are interested in having an independent role in one of the best companies in the logistics business, this job is just perfect for you!

What tasks are ahead of you?

Sales of contract logistics and transport services for new customers according to the assumed budget Ongoing management of the existing customers at the initial stage of cooperation/project implementation Negotiating terms & conditions, participating in designing solution and making calculations and conducting activities aimed at signing the contract with the customer Monitoring of all logistic activities of existing and potential clients Promoting the company through participation in indicated logistic events, conferences Effective cooperation with other departments in the preparation of budgets and investment plans, preparation of commercial offers for current and potential customers. Preparation and implementation of sales budgets Cooperation with Corporate Sales Team in terms of a global tenders Participation in RFI and RFQ processes as well as in quality audits organized by the company's customers

Requirements:

Min.3 years of experience in sales of contract logistics / transport services supported by success Very good knowledge of the TSL industry Ability to conduct long-term sales projects Very good command of Czech and English in speaking and writing, German is an advantage Very good presentation and negotiation skills Responsibility, independence in action and strong motivation to achieve goals Knowledge of MS Office Driving license category B and readiness for business trips
