The Billing team is part of the Order-to-Cash department within Shared Services and is responsible for producing data, which trigger invoicing for clients across the globe. The team ensures timely preparation of correct and full information and is also responsible for reporting to management and internal clients and addressing ad hoc requests.

Key responsibilities:

    • Collating, verifying and enhancing data from various operational organizations 

    • Assisting in preparation, analysis and reconciliation of various records, financial reports and statements 

    • Preparing client monthly billing databases and reports 

    • Performing backup responsibilities for the assigned team members 

    • Cooperating with colleagues in other teams responsible for various aspects of the billing process 

    • Proactively and professionally managing the resolution of queries from both internal & external sources 

    • Engaging in process improvement initiatives to increase the efficiency 

    • Participating in transitions as needed 



    • Finance/ Accounting/ Economics or Business Administration university degree is preferred
    • Previous experience in finance or administration is considered as a big advantage
    • Good understanding of finance policies and procedures
    • MS Office skills, especially good level of Excel
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
    • Intermediate or higher level of German
    • Good Customer Service skills and client-focus attitude
    • Good analytical and problem solving skills, attention to detail
    • Capable of operating in an environment where clear communication, accuracy, timeliness and compliance are key
    • Self-starter with drive and enthusiasm for making process improvements
