AUTOMOTIVE S&OP & MRP EXPERT [14.plat] (svkos)

Požadujeme:

- University degree in supply chain management

- 5-10 year experience in industrial environment, ideally the glass industry

- Affinity with the reality of integrated ERP projects

- Proven track record on similar assignments or on large multinational

projects management

- Proven experience in S&OP and MRP management

- Experience with SAP is a plus

- Demonstrates a good sense of organization

- Integrated thinking, Firm in communicating and endorsing the relevant

process

- Solution & Action focused

- Good listener, objective, clear communicator and at ease to train other

colleagues

- Acts as a bridge between Technical business people and SAP

specialists

- Able to create and maintain a network of reference people

- Attention to the details

- Capable of tackling short term issues and long term needs

- Critical thinking, analytical and problem solving skills

- Team player with high ability for autonomous functioning

- Pragmatic & proactive mindset

- Structured, disciplined, good writing and summarizing skills

- Able to challenge, critical mind with constructive mindset

- Stress tolerant

- Multilingual : English is a must. Knowledge of other languages is an

important plus

- Interested in growing with the Program and within the organization

- At ease with Office software tools

Pracovní náplň:

- The S&OP & MRP expert is member of the Automotive BPM department

- Participate in the project team to realize the implementation of SAP

modules for planning

- Propose with the supply chain department management the new

organization to put in place in order to have an efficient planning of the Plant

activities

- Develop a network in the organization to collect and maintain requested

master data

- Design the reports and tools to secure optimal planning quality

- Ready to travel regularly in our facilities in Europe, Russia and North

Africa
