AUTOMOTIVE BUSINESS PROCESS DOC. EXPERT [14.plat] (svkot)

Požadujeme:

- Bachelor’s or university degree in business administration

- 1-3 years of SAP in a large SAP environment is a plus

- Experienced in process mapping and analysis

- Have been a “key user” or “business process expert” in an ERP

implementation – preferably SAP

- Demonstrate a good sense of organization

- Able to create and maintain a network of reference people

- Attention to the details

- Capable of tackling short term issues and long term needs

- Team player with high ability for autonomous functioning

- Excellent communication, time management

- Good knowledge of English and another European language is a plus

- Ability to think analytical and conceptual

- Ability to cope with pressure and assertiveness

Pracovní náplň:

- Implement the strategy for documentation management in the company.

- Define the best tools for the management of documents and their

accessibility by the users

- In cooperation with the Business Process Expert, business Key users and

other project teams design and produce process flow diagrams and

documentation.

- Assure the link between documentation for JSOX and documentation for

ISO certification with the central process documentation of the BPM.
