Providing support to newly opened Shared Service Center in Prague by processing cash payments to customer accounts.
The role includes providing support in reviewing, researching, validating and clearing customer deductions including returns, markdowns, trade spend, customer fines, shortages, etc.
Required Skills & Abilities:
- ENGLISH language is a must
- Accuracy and excellent attention to detail
- Solid computer skills (Microsoft Office products, SAP)
- Keeps timeliness and meets deadlines
Your RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage staff members in areas of invoice processing, vendor account reconciliation, and payment processing
- Manage the T&E Claim process and processing of claims, including administration, employee queries and claim validation
- Manage monthly and quarterly disbursement forecasting
- Prepare reports for management, supporting documentation for internal and external auditors, bank covenant compliance reports and various government reports
- Assist with staff selection/training/development/performance measurement
- Monitor, manage, confirm, and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Ensure compliance with SOX and internal rules and regulations and provide support for internal and external audits as needed
