The support operations center in Prague employs well over 700 team members across various business segments, support services and internal operations.

THE ROLE

The Cash Collection & Accounts Receivable Team is part of the OTC department within the Shared Service Center. The OTC team facilitates the collection of low-level overdue customer payments by ensuring timely collections and correct allocations. Resolving and escalating disputes and issuing regular reports for respective regions.

Within your role, some of your key responsibilities will be:

    • Monitoring of debt statuses.
    • Follow-up on all outstanding items, internally and externally.
    • Ensuring prompt payment of outstanding items.
    • Follow up on payment promises.
    • Checking incoming payments daily.
    • Ensuring the recovery of missing remittance advices.
    • Preparation of cash forecast.

THE REQUIREMENTS

    • Previous experience in a similar position within an international environment but not a must.
    • Understanding and practical knowledge of Finance processes.
    • Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English.
    • Good verbal and written communication skills in German.
    • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proactive with drive for results.
    • Good analytical skills.
    • Excel experience or strong self acquired skills.
    • Understanding business finance platforms (SAP) is preferred.
    • The ability to prioritize and multi-task.
    • Must have a strong work ethic
