Manage testing activities within assigned tracks and coordinate its team members (business analyst, test analyst and testers). Key responsibilities and accountabilities Testing operational management Test methodology implementation Responsible for business requirement to be tested (correctness and completeness) Supporting testing process in all areas (testing methodology, test data, etc.) Supporting other related processes (Defect Management, Release Management, Incident and Problem Management, Change management, etc.) Operational resource management Detail planning and regular status reporting Supporting business team (business analysts) in business prioritization and decisions from testing point of view Supports defect management process activities and coordinate team Requirements Strong communication skills and experience with team leading Testing in Banking/Telco area or experience on similar position at least 2 years Overview in business domain assigned for testing Experience in project management or test coordination at least 1 year Knowledge of testing processes and testing tools, Experience / knowledge of issues tracking processes and tools If you are interested email us on [e-mail byl skryt]
