The objectives of the role are to develop new and modify existing commercial and business opportunities of commercial banking sectors and to define a marketing/product mix. To support the sales network, to monitor business performance and to design innovations.Key Job Duties >>>- Be able to realise process/product development or improvements for SME commercial client segment

• Develop new loans products within commercial lending area
• Support business, analyse trends & performance (participate on main targets/goals planning)
• Help with product trainings of sales network
• Lead a small team of 3 staffYour Profile >>>- You should have a good overview of the banking sector - commercial banking ie. SME (trends, services, products, segments)
• A background commercial banking (at least SME) in ie. sales, risk, product/segment mgmt
• Good communication & presentation skills
