System Support Analyst (SharePoint)
For our client, a leading international company, we are looking for motivated candidates for a new position:
SYSTEM SUPPORT ANALYST (SHAREPOINT)
< University Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent experience < MBA or equivalent an advantage < Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Certification < Microsoft Certification in SharePoint 2007/2010/2013: Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD)
SYSTEM SUPPORT ANALYST (SHAREPOINT)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform system administration and support of Global iShare service globally based in ITS services. (Permanent support managed by on=calls)
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level support to Service Desk and users
- Involve in the administering and supporting of Global iShare services
- Good working relationship with Infra Services and ITSS department
- Liase with customers on daily issues and provide resolution
- Working on tickets resolution to ensure it meets ticket Target Resolution Time (TRT)
- Deep troubleshooting into repeated incidents - problem management
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
- IT Industrial - Hands-on experience in performing SharePoint administration and support in Enterprise environments preferably using MS SharePoint 2007/2010/2013.
- Hands on experience of SharePoint application development and scripting, including SP Designer, .NET Visual Studio, Powershell are considered added advantage.
- 3+ years of experience in SharePoint
