Zprostředkováváme personální inzerci pro klienta, kterým je Codan Agentura s.r.o. We are looking for a person to join our reservation and operation team. We prefer a person with an experience in MICE industry.

Náplň práce:

Your daily work will include handling requests from assigned clients. You will be booking accommodation and other travel related services. You should be able to compose interesting program and sell also other services to the client to make their stay more enjoyable and stress fee. You will be communicating with clients over the phone, by email and accompanying clients locally when needed. You will be handling whole reservation from the first offer up to final invoicing.

Požadujeme:

English language is a must and knowledge of other languages is an advantage. You must be communicative, good at MS office programs, creative, be able to think out of the box, find solutions and arguments, and have good negotiation skills. Experience in travel industry is an advantage, as well as knowledge of one of the Scandinavian language.
