ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Personal Assistant you will be assisting and supporting the Procurement Director. Within this role, you will be managing variety of administrative and coordination related duties.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide support in all organizational and administrative activities
- Support business trips including flight tickets ordering, taxi ordering, hotel booking etc.
- Arrange internal and external meetings and conference calls
- Be responsible for organization of Director’s calendar
- Collect and submit information about travel costs into the Expense system
- Correctness/ translation of English texts
- Ad-hoc support of HR basic related tasks
THE IDEAL PROFILE:
- High school or University education
- Fluent knowledge of Czech
- Advanced to fluent level of English both written and spoken
- Previous work experience as an Assistant, Receptionist, Administrative Support or within client oriented position would be a great advantage
- Good computer skills (MS Office Package)
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Ability to perform in stressful conditions
- Proactive, helpful and positive personality
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
