THE ROLE:

Our Human Resources department partners with HR Business Partners and HR Centers of Excellence to support business objectives by responding to customer inquiries, processing HR transactions, and administering standardized functions. As a Payroll Specialist you will be responsible for accurate processing and recording of company’s payroll, the provision of timely and accurate financial information, and participation in daily data entry payroll processing.

Key responsibilites:

    • Managing payroll actions in an accurate and timely fashion
    • Payroll reconciliation prior to validation and transmission of confirmed reports
    • Performing compliance and audit checks
    • Producing ad hoc financial and operational reporting as needed
    • Managing third party payments and reporting
    • Managing day-to-day assigned tasks
    • Partnering with level 1 and 2 colleagues on areas of multiple touch points
    • Setting quality standard principles and providing solutions to Business Unites obstacles
    • Suggesting practical solutions to day to day issues
    • Taking ownership and accountability of assigned tickets

 

 POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

    • A Bachelor’s degree ideally in HR Administration, Business Administration, Economics or related field
    • Previous work experience in UK Payroll
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
    • Intermediate or higher level of German would be a great advantage
    • Good knowledge of MS Excel
    • A demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations with solid judgment and discretion
    • Analytical and problem solving capability
    • The ability to manage multiple tasks
    • Exceptional customers focus and service orientation
    • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
