Operations Manager - Finance Services

Job description:

Responsible for design, implementation and control of Finance services
Responsible for planning, staffing, training, evaluation and development of team resources and capabilities
Defines Finance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Examines accounting work and processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness
Manages and resolves claims of internal customers concerning service quality
Provides Finance data and reporting for Financial Analysis

Requirements:

University degree (Accounting or similar education)
English and Czech language is a must
Minimum 5 years of experience in the Finance/Accounting area
Strong Professional experience in Accounting / Finance Administration/O2C Processes
Very strong functional and leadership experience
Strong process oriented skills combined with strong communication skills
