Scope of employment:

Responsibility for the BI team of consultants and developers including resource planning, personal development
and selection of new colleagues.
Pre-Sales activities and Key Account Management for existing and also new customers.
Responsibility for all technical aspects of BI platform including BI strategy definition.
Organizational and personal development.
Delivery and resource management.
Technical work on customer projects.

Requirements:

Extensive experience with BI/DWH projects, architecture definition and advocacy.
Excellent knowledge of MS SQL Server Database Engine (3-5 years).
In-depth knowledge of MS SSAS, SSIS, SSRS.
Good knowledge of software development methodologies and experience with requirements gathering and analysis.
Good knowledge of UML and modelling tools.
Fluency in English.
