The CNC Miller autonomously produces precision parts for machine building. The wide variety of work package consists of the production of complex proto-types; the roughing and finishing of high quality compositions mainly black steel (of aluminum and stainless steel).

Miller will independently set the 4, 5, or more axis CNC machine and programming in Fanuc (and Siemens) system. The products are medium size.

Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Programming, Setting and manufacture of products on CNC machines in Fanuc system
• All works according to technical drawings Sense of responsibility
• Good organization and keeping the working place clean
• Good knowledge of modern production High level of accuracy
• Independent and able to work systematically
• Understanding Dutch or communicating English or German
• Perform in-process and final checks
• Making measurements, before and after processing, creating quality specification cards
• Willing to work on 2 shifts (morning / afternoon)
